CENTURY 21 Sandcastle Realty, formerly Century 21 Lad Realty, one of the original CENTURY 21® offices in Santa Cruz County, opened our doors in 1977 and have since sold over a billion dollars worth of Real Estate on the central California Coast. More importantly we have created thousands of happy clients and we continue to service some of our earliest clients and even their grandchildren! We have grown into the top producing CENTURY 21 office in Santa Cruz county, one of the top ten CENTURY 21 offices in Northern California, and consistently rank in the top 2% of CENTURY 21 offices nationwide.
 

   Our highly experienced agents have hundreds of years of combined experience selling Real Estate and have earned our office many awards. Our commitment to high quality customer service along with our friendly, professional office environment have allowed us to retain several of Santa Cruz County’s top producing agents for more than 20 years. 

   Unlike other Real Estate franchises in Santa Cruz County, CENTURY 21 Sandcastle Realty is locally owned. Because we are locally owned and our agents are members of the community, we remain committed to local charities and organizations. To date, among other charitable ventures, we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Second Harvest Food Bank and the Easter Seals Foundation, donations that stay in Santa Cruz County and help our local population.
